At Nscale, we’re on a mission to power the future of AI cloud computing and our Marketing team is the voice that brings that story to life. We’re looking for a Content Editor who is ready to help build, refine, and scale our content ecosystem across global markets. You’ll combine sharp editorial judgment with exceptional operational discipline to deliver high‑quality, high‑velocity content programs that serve our communities, and shape how the world experiences our brand. This role sits at the heart of our Content Team and focuses on three key pillars:

  • Maintain and scale our editorial calendar and workflows to deliver a consistent high‑quality cadence of programming.
  • Own the end‑to‑end content creation (blog, landing pages, emails, product, and customer stories).
  • Support editorial standards and voice consistency across channels and formats (written, video, audio).

You’ll have real autonomy to experiment, move fast, and build momentum because at Nscale, innovation isn’t just encouraged—it’s expected. We are building an AI‑first company.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the content engine and deliver a cadence of editorial programs to meet our growth goals.
  • Oversee our content workflows from ideation to publication to promotions to meet our brand and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with design, product, sales, and demand generation to deliver best‑in‑class content.
  • Build topic clusters and growth‑hub architecture to scale traffic and conversion.
  • Track content performance and reporting.
  • Work with creative and content agencies and build a community of freelance writers.
  • Work closely with Social Media Manager to align on content promotions and topic pillars.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in editorial or content marketing (tech or AI preferred).
  • A deep understanding of B2B and technology sectors: you know how to make “complex” tech content inspiring.
  • A natural and genuine storyteller who blends creativity with data‑driven insight.
  • Skilled at editorially‑led comms, customer storytelling, and narrative‑based learning.
  • Passion for using AI tools for both day‑to‑day management and creative output.
  • Proficient with tools like Notion, Figma, and Google Analytics platforms.
  • Energized by fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments where you can make things happen.

Base Rate: depending on location: US $16.07, GB £13.30, CA $20.50, AU $26.25, IE €14.60, NZ $26.00. Bonuses: Additional pay available based on project performance. Type: Freelance/1099 contract.
