Job description
Overview

This is an amazing opportunity to join Williams Racing at an incredibly exciting time. As Content Creator, you will be responsible for helping drive and evolve the comprehensive visual output of Williams F1 Racing team and its content channels. The remit has a greater focus on photography, but ideally candidates will offer a blend of stills and moving images. You will bring energy and skill and help propel our visual offering both at race weekends throughout the year and occasionally at our HQ in Grove, taking projects from initial shoot planning/ideation through to execution and then postproduction, as we look to expand and develop our in-house creative and content capabilities at a best-in-class level. Coverage will include delivering projects for events and partnerships. You will contribute to ideation, style, technology and the overall look and feel of our content. From daily and weekly fast turnaround content to larger productions, you will have the opportunity to help move Williams forward in how we connect with our partners, fans and showcase our brand. We are looking for talented individuals with an undeniable eye for visual execution and the ability and drive to take concepts from idea to delivery. This role will require frequent travel on race weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Confidently operate around key high‑profile talent and a fast‑moving sport both abroad and in the UK.
  • Contribute to content ideation and help guide on best use of various platforms.
  • Work closely and effectively with a wider internal content team including social media managers, creative producers, production managers, editors, motion graphics artists and more.
  • Manage internal camera/production equipment and guide on any new technologies keeping Williams at the forefront of content trends and capabilities.
  • Implement a consistent style and tone of voice across all content produced by Williams, in conjunction with the brand team and social media team to align with the wider marketing strategy.
  • Help propel content production both on race weekends throughout the F1 calendar and other events.
  • Challenge and seek to continuously improve processes, procedures and protocols related to video/photo and content production at Williams.
  • Understand and handle the importance of representing Williams and most importantly our content team as a positive, solution‑based, and collaborative presence within paddock and at Grove.
  • Work with the Events and Partnership Teams to deliver Partner and Event imagery requests across a race weekend.
  • Be ambitiously driven to take creativity at Williams to new successes.
  • Enjoys working both autonomously and in a team.
  • Experience working under pressure and clear ability to take ownership of projects and processes independently when needed.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different departments in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Exceptional visual skills and the ability to execute and deliver even in high‑pressure situations.
