Content Creator – Short-Form Social (TikTok, Instagram, E-commerce)

Location: London / Hybrid

Type: Full-Time

Salary: £28–35k (depending on experience)

About the Role

I am working with a fast growing D2C brand, who are looking for a creative, hands‑on Content Creator to produce scroll-stopping short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms. You’ll be at the heart of the brand’s social strategy, filming on your phone, editing fast, and growing audiences for a high-growth DTC brand!

This isn’t just about posting content, it’s about storytelling, experimentation, and building a loyal online following. You’ll work closely with the growth and creative teams to ideate, shoot, and edit content that drives engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.

What You’ll Do
  • Create high-quality short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social channels.
  • Film on mobile devices and edit quickly using apps like CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Rush.
  • Collaborate with growth and creative teams to generate ideas aligned with brand strategy.
  • Develop trends‑led, engaging, and shareable content that resonates with e-commerce audiences.
  • Monitor performance metrics and iterate quickly to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Support campaigns with user-generated content, influencer collaborations, and social-first storytelling.
What We’re Looking For
  • Passion for short‑form video and social media trends.
  • Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and understanding of pacing, editing, and hooks.
  • Confident filming on a mobile device and editing independently.
  • Creative, proactive, and adaptable to fast-moving campaigns.
  • Bonus: experience with e-commerce brands or DTC performance marketing.
