About The Role

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Content & Community Lead to build and grow QuantumLight’s presence across multiple channels. The role involves developing and executing a content and community strategy, crafting impactful materials, and driving brand awareness both online and offline. You’ll play a key role in shaping how QuantumLight communicates its vision, portfolio, and insights to the tech, startup, and investment community, while engaging and nurturing a vibrant network of followers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow QuantumLight’s presence across multiple channels, including social media, newsletters, and other content platforms.
  • Create engaging, high-performing content that drives reach, visibility, and audience engagement.
  • Build and nurture a community of followers, partners, and industry stakeholders both online and offline.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and positioning across digital and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with bloggers, journalists, content creators, and event partners to produce impactful materials about the firm.
  • Track performance metrics, gather audience insights, and continuously refine content and community strategies.
  • Own the end-to-end content workflow — from planning and creation to distribution and engagement.
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in content creation, distribution, and community management across multiple channels (social media, newsletters, events, blogs, etc.). VC, tech, or startup background is a plus.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • Experience developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to measuring impact and optimizing content performance.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, lean environment and managing multiple projects end-to-end.
  • Ability to build, nurture, and grow a community of followers, partners, and industry stakeholders both online and offline.
