A leading mental health trust in the United Kingdom is looking for a dedicated professional to work with the South of Tees Urgent Care service. The role involves providing high-quality alternatives to psychiatric admissions and facilitating patient discharges effectively. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to daily meetings to ensure optimal patient care. The postholder will mainly work with the South of Tees Urgent Care service based at Roseberry Park Hospital. The postholder will work closely with their counterpart for the North of Tees Urgent Care Service and will demonstrate the flexibility of working with the North of Tees Urgent Care Service as and when a need arises, on a reciprocal basis. The post also covers the Crisis Assessment Suite based at Roseberry Park Hospital; this work is shared with the Consultant for North of Tees Urgent Care Service.
