A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join their mental health team at HMP Gartree. The role offers a salary of up to £186,480 per annum for 20 hours a week. We have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our mental health team at HMP Gartree. HMP Gartree is a category B prison based in Market Harborough, housing around 650 patients. You will be working closely with the multidisciplinary team, including an integrated mental health team to deliver psychiatric support to adult males mainly aged 28-50, most of whom have complex mental health and historic trauma needs.
20 hours per week works across 2.5 days
The site are also able to offer this as a rolling rota working 2 days one week and 3 days the next, we are also flexible regarding which days are worked Monday to Friday.
If you are looking for full time work we can offer additional sessions working at either HMP Stocken or HMP Five Wells
This position is 20 hours per week, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £186,480 per annum FTE - depending on experience.
Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks
