A healthcare organization in Salisbury is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join the Beechlydene Ward team. You will assess and treat patients while leading multidisciplinary teams and contributing to local academic programs. We seek a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our friendly and experienced team in Beechlydene Ward, Fountain Way, Salisbury. Our objective is for Beechlydene Ward to be the best provider of working age adult in-patient care in the region.
They will work with ward staff on quality improvement, including introducing innovative practice, improving safety, engagement with carers and psycho-education for patients.
Contribute to local academic programme teaching junior doctors, medical students and staff in allied professions. In addition, there is a monthly PDP group and Peer Supervision. CPD activities are supported. The post offers study leave arrangements as well as good research, service development and leadership opportunities.
