Responsibilities include direct clinical contact and service improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will be members of the Royal College of Surgeons and hold their CCT or be eligible for specialist registration.

The successful candidate would lead the subspecialty for Rhinology, delivering care for the population of Hywel Dda University Health Board. By joining the team, this post would ensure a sustainable service and increased expertise in a rewarding and challenging discipline. There is an opportunity for the successful candidate to influence service improvement through innovative technology and pathway reform whilst working as part of the Welsh Clinical Implementation Group for Ear, Nose and Throat and Audiology. If successful, you would join a small team of passionate and impactful colleagues dedicated to their patients and service delivery.
