• Full registration with GMC and able to initiate referrals.
• Approved Clinician status or able to achieve within 3 months.
• Ability to manage clinical complexity and uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Act as an autonomous practitioner accountable for actions.
• Assess and develop care plans for patients.
• Provide education and information to patients and families.

MB BS or equivalent medical qualification
