Duties:

• Help install insulation in the loft.
• Transport tools and materials to and from construction sites, as well as load and unload them.
• Help the site supervisor with daily duties.
• As part of the retrofit process, install trickling vents and undercut doors.
• Organise and maintain supplies, instruments, and machinery.
• Always abide by health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a tidy, secure, and orderly workplace.

Requirements:

• Fundamental understanding of safety procedures, equipment, and construction techniques.
• The capacity to safely use power and hand tools.
• Adequate physical condition to perform manual labour and work in loft environments.
• Readiness to labour in a range of weather circumstances.
• Strong ability to follow directions and pay attention to details.
• Cooperative team player that is eager to learn and has a positive outlook.
• Although not required, a full UK driver’s license is preferable.
