THE ROLE:

This highly respected firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its dynamic Construction law practice. The role will involve overseeing a diverse caseload of high-profile work, encompassing both contentious and non-contentious matters. This includes transactional work involving JCT and NEC contracts, as well as advising on major infrastructure projects across sectors such as rail and green energy.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 4+ years’ PQE who have gained high-quality construction law experience at a leading national, regional, or City firm. Additionally, candidates with relevant in-house experience – within public sector bodies, major construction contractors, or consultants – are also encouraged to apply.

You must possess strong technical expertise and commercial awareness, with particular familiarity in handling JCT and NEC matters. A proactive approach to building cross-team project experience is key, along with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
