Renowned independent residential businesses currently seeking a highly proficient detail orientated Construction Project Manager to join their team based in Coventry and develop their brand new flagship scheme.

They are award winning company that maintain strong objectives whilst delivering project on time to budge whilst maintain a great relationship with all clients and customers across the UK.

They deliver a wide range of projects through refurbishment and new build.

The company have been around for a number of years and have a great reputation within the industry. They have an excellent opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join them on permanent basis.

Key Attributes

The successful candidate will be reporting into the Contracts Manager, and will be responsible for a team of Senior Site Managers, Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and Finishing Foreman.

• Experience within a similar role where you have been managing teams and producing high quality traditional residential schemes.
• Chair, attend and minute meetings with internal team members and external Contractors, design team or other relevant parties
• Ensure site presentation is maintained to a high standard in order to maximise sales potential.
• Planning and monitoring the project and development of team members
• Experience of working of residential housing projects 200 units +
• A proven track record of delivering previous projects from inception to completion and handover.
