Job description

FINTEC recruit is seeking a Construction Modular Build Project Manager for a modular building company based in Wolverhampton. This is a permanent position with base salary £40,000 with OTE £50k to £70k plus mileage allowance & benefits.

Responsibilities

• Managing housing/modular build projects which include redevelopment of existing buildings, new build and mixed use schemes.
• Involved in construction fit out, refurb & building project management
• Building relationships with & liaising with third party suppliers & contractors
• Coordinate internal resources, third-party suppliers, and contractors for key projects
• Ensure timely, in-scope, and on-budget delivery of all projects
• Develop project scopes for commercial new build or refurb projects.
• Manage resource availability, allocation, and oversee project progress

Skills and Experience required

• Experience in new build steel portal frame buildings
• Experience leading projects from cradle to grave
• Knowledge and experience Microsoft suite - Microsoft Projects etc
• Background experience of management, budgeting, analysis and QS skills
• RICS qualifications an advantage, not an essential
