Construction Instructor – Alternative Provision – Wolverhampton

Are you a Construction Teacher or Construction Instructor looking for a rewarding new role? An alternative provision in Wolverhampton with excellent facilities is seeking a passionate individual to deliver engaging Construction lessons to small groups of Key Stage 3 and 4 students. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire young people who may not have thrived in mainstream education, and to help them gain valuable skills for their future.

As a Construction Teacher or Construction Instructor in this provision, you will be responsible for planning and delivering practical, hands-on lessons that cover key areas of construction. You will work closely with a supportive team, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed. Classes are small, facilities are excellent, and behaviour is managed well with the support of a strong pastoral team.

Responsibilities
  • Teaching Construction to small groups of Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
  • Planning and delivering practical, engaging lessons in well-equipped facilities.
  • Supporting students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours.
  • Encouraging students to develop confidence, employability skills, and a love of learning.
  • Working closely with pastoral staff and teaching assistants to ensure progress.
