In a Nutshell

Our Graduate Construction Pathway is designed for aspiring Site Managers, Project Managers, Construction Directors, and anyone with a natural interest in project management, construction technology and quality. The programme runs for 18 months, beginning in September 2026, and provides rotations across key business areas – Construction, Health & Safety, Technical, Development, Commercial and Customer Service. Rotations are structured with specific learning objectives to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to become a strong all‑rounder in the construction field. The role is typically based at the Stirchley site (subject to change).

• Completing all rotations to the best of your ability and meeting targets set by each rotational supervisor
• Actively pursuing all learning opportunities presented within the programme

• Absorbing knowledge, expertise and advice from teams, asking questions and probing to deepen your understanding
