Role Description:

This is a full-time office-based role for a Contracts Manager at our location in Southend-On-Sea. The candidate chosen will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, between £500k - £4m. The Contracts Manager\'s key accountabilities will include collaborating with clients, leading projects, and working effectively with both subcontractors and internal staff to ensure the smooth running of projects.

The ideal candidate will need to be flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated. They will also need to integrate into a small, family-run business.
