We are seeking a Construction and Engineering Solicitor to join a large utilities company based south of London.

This role is suitable for candidates from the public sector, in-house, or private practice with experience in construction and engineering contracts, interested in working on some of the UK's largest infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Advising on legal aspects and structuring of engineering and construction arrangements
• Handling commercial projects, transactions, and contracts related to engineering and construction
• Focusing on non-contentious engineering and construction matters for infrastructure projects
• Drafting, negotiating, and settling construction and engineering contracts, especially NEC4 suite
