Conflicts Analyst - 12 month FTC Remote (UK)
Salary up to £50k

We're currently working with one of the world's leading law firms, with a true international presence and a growing compliance function. They're currently looking to bring on board a Conflicts Analyst for a 12 month contract.

The Role

You will play a key role in assessing new client and matter requests, ensuring compliance with conflicts, sanctions and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with colleagues worldwide, working on cross-border matters.

  • Review new client/matter intake requests for accuracy
  • Conduct conflict checks via internal and external databases
  • Investigate corporate structures and management profiles for conflict/AML analysis
  • Identify and escalate potential legal, commercial, sanctions, or reputational issues
  • Coordinate with global offices for conflict clearances
  • Support AML refresh processes and monitoring of high-risk clients
  • Assist in reviewing engagement letters, guidelines, and confidentiality terms
