Responsibilities
  • Join the Conference and Banqueting team; this is a physically demanding role that involves moving tables and chairs, setting up rooms, and cleaning back-of-house areas. It includes a mix of day shifts and late evenings, with potential to take on a variety of other tasks across the department.
  • Set up and facilitate the running of banquets and events; have knowledge of all room setups; serve refreshments; keep all areas clean and hazard-free.
