A hotel and hospitality company in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Conference and Events Manager to lead operations and ensure exceptional hospitality for all conference and events guests. The ideal candidate will have a background in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry. We are looking for an experienced Conference and Events Manager to provide exceptional hospitality to all of our Conference and Events guests.
You will need to ensure an efficient and effective operation of the Conference and Events operational departments through effective management and training and development of staff within the department.
Your Day to Day:
Who are we looking for?
You will have worked previously in a similar Conference and Events role either as a senior supervisor, or a manager now looking to progress their career. Experience of working in a 4* Hotel would be advantaegous. You will be required to support the wider Food and Drinks departments as when required.
This is a management role and therefore you will demonstrate high levels of both self-motivation and the ability to motivate, lead and develop a team.
You will have exemplary customer service skills, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with others to represent the Company and the hotel in a loyal, professional, and knowledgeable manner. You will be passionate about working within the hospitality industry, have a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task whilst working in a pressurised environment.
