You will join Apex as a Conference & Events Assistant. This is a vital role in the function of the hotel, supporting the Conference and Events Supervisor in the day-to-day operation of the conference & events, with a focus on delivering high standards of service to our guests.
You will be an excellent organiser with a passion for providing excellent customer care and the ability to handle all guest requests with a positive attitude. You should enjoy multi-tasking and be efficient at resolving guest enquiries with a smile.
