• End-User Support (80%) : Provide technical assistance to employees as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• User & Identity Management : Administer Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Active Directory to maintain secure and efficient access control.
• Remote Access & Security : Configure and maintain VPNs and other secure remote access solutions for global employees.
