Our client based in Abingdon are looking for a composite laminator to join their team!

Composite Laminator Roles and Responsibilities:

• Hand lay-up, wet lay, vacuum bagging, and infusion of composite materials
• Laminating using fiberglass, carbon fiber, Kevlar, and resin systems
• Preparing molds, cutting materials, and applying release agents
• Reading and working from engineering drawings and work instructions
• Trimming, finishing, and inspecting composite parts to quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Adhering to health & safety and quality procedures at all times

Composite Laminator Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Composite Laminator (or similar role
• Motorsport experience would be ideal
• Strong knowledge of composite materials and processes
• Ability to work accurately with minimal supervision
• Good attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive work ethic
