Overview

At Red Bull Technology, we relentlessly push the limits in our pursuit of victory. Innovation, bold ideas, and fearless ambition drive everything we do.

We challenge convention, take risks, and never settle - because being the best means never standing still. If you thrive on performance, creativity, and the determination to win, it’s time to be fearlessly Red Bull.

As the critical link between design and manufacturing, you’ll be involved from the early stages of design through to the final build on the car. This role requires a collaborative, solutions-driven mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement, ensuring that our production methods consistently and efficiently deliver the design intent.

We’re looking for a candidate who can translate design into manufacturable solutions, drive robust production processes, and continuously improve composite assembly workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Translate design intent into manufacturable solutions by applying Design for Manufacture (DfM) principles and collaborating closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams.
  • Develop and communicate efficient, achievable production processes that align with design requirements and drive consistent quality.
  • Identify and resolve process issues, proactively capturing opportunities for continuous improvement in composite assembly workflows.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, knowing how and when to engage the right people to align objectives across departments.
  • Bring hands-on experience in composite assembly, including jigging strategies, GD&T application, and configuration control of production processes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in metrology and measurement systems, ensuring production methods deliver precision and meet defined standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong technical expertise in composite engineering, including assembly techniques, laminating, jig and tooling design, and composite machining.
  • Proficient in NX CAD and understanding of composite design principles, with the ability to apply GD&T and metrology in practical applications.
  • Experienced in process innovation and structured problem solving, with a mindset for constructively challenging and improving existing methods.
  • Skilled in developing and refining production processes that ensure precision, repeatability, and alignment with design intent.

At Red Bull Technology, we’re more than a Formula 1 team—we’re a high-performance innovation hub, pushing the limits of what’s possible.

Benefits
  • Bonus scheme
  • Private healthcare
  • A pension scheme
  • On-site gym
  • Free daily food allowance
  • And many more!

But above all, you’ll be part of a world-class team, powering cutting-edge technology and driving championship-winning cars. Ready to take on the challenge? Apply now and be part of the future of F1.
