CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Compliance Supervisor to join the team located in Heathrow.

Role Summary:

  1. Demonstrate integrity and ensure compliance with all business wide policy and strategy through QHSE Management System Audit.
  2. Provide the administrative guidance for the whole site and team members in terms of compliance.
  3. Manage all record keeping on compliance activities (L8, Loler, PSSR, Gas safe etc).
  4. Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the contract.
  5. Aide in the development and maintenance of the training strategy including project delivery where required.
  6. Ensure the achievement of agreed functional standards and service level agreement by working in collaboration with account leadership team peers.
  7. Compile and maintain reporting and performance monitoring, analysis, and review against established metrics to coach and educate account-based staff.
  8. Support effective business communication through advice, review, leadership, and direct contribution to management.
  9. Assist as necessary with reviews of existing Policies, Procedures, Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
  10. Proactively involved in the client management of SHEP’s (Safety, Health & Environment Process) to ensure relevant management processes are in place and being adhered to.

Experience Required:
  1. A good basic education is essential, with good written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills.
  2. A good general education.
  3. Experience in managing compliance aspects of a FM contract.
  4. Organised self-motivated individual.
  5. Flexibility to adapt to fast changing site.

Desirable:
  1. Ideally experience of CBRE systems due to time scales involved.
  2. IOSH Managing Safety.
  3. Management in a critical environment i.e Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas arenas.
  4. Experience of setting up new sites.
