Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Compliance Programme Manager in Swindon.   • Chair weekly progress meetings and report on risks, issues, and decisions.
  • Oversee procurement, tendering, and contract award.
  • Manage contractor performance through KPIs, SLAs, and improvement plans.
  • Ensure accurate financial forecasting and budget control.
  • Maintain governance frameworks and compliance documentation.
  • Produce dashboards and reporting packs for senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver the programme plan, milestones, and schedules for EICR testing, remedials, and recovery.
  • Coordinate activity across internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to meet time, cost, and quality standards.
  • Lead risk-based prioritisation and recovery strategies for hard-to-access properties.
  • Chair weekly progress meetings and monthly programme boards; report on risks, issues, and decisions.
  • Oversee procurement, tendering, and contract award in line with policies and value-for-money principles.
  • Manage contractor performance through KPIs, SLAs, and improvement plans.
  • Ensure accurate financial forecasting, spend tracking, and budget control.
  • Maintain governance frameworks, audit trails, and compliance documentation.
  • Produce dashboards and reporting packs for senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary recovery plans for overdue cycles and no-access cases.
