Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in compliance, due diligence, customer management or financial crime roles.
• Strong understanding of compliance related systems including KYC, data protection, and customer conduct regulations.
• Aware of risk-based approaches and customer service compliance issues.
• Confident communicator able to work with non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conducting full CDD on new customers, including risk profiling and identity verification.
• Performing EDD for monitoring marketing activities, identifying patterns or unusual behavior.
• Ensuring KYC and AML requirements are met in line with regulatory standards.
• Supporting the design and execution of the mystery shopper programme.
• Enhancing compliance frameworks and risk assessment tools.
