Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant compliance experience at an authorized investment manager.
• Experience with MiFID II, AIFMD, UCITS, SMCR, Consumer Duty, AML regulations, GDPR, IFPR and EMIR is highly desirable.
• Experience in the retail/wealth sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve marketing materials for compliance with FCA Rules and regulations.
• Oversee distribution agreements to ensure compliance.
• Review clients for KYC and AML compliance.
• Assist with the preparation of regulatory reporting.
