Job description

In this role, you'll carry out audits, ensure compliance with policies and Prime Contractor standards, and work closely with our team to spot improvements and share best practice. • Ensure all contracts, audits and compliance checks are in line with the company's policies and procedures regarding internal quality standards, Provider Guidance and Prime Contractor rules and regulations
• Carry out audits and compliance checks across the department and assist in identifying other areas that require review
• Identify areas of weakness and recommend suitable courses of action to rectify problems. Liaise with the appropriate people to implement solutions, where appropriate
• Produce audit feedback as required to staff
• LIAISE with the Quality team to schedule internal audits. Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum
• IEP L2 Sector Introduction would be desirable
• Ability to work with Centre staff to resolve any issues arising from the audits & compliance
• Ability/experience of planning and implementing quality systems
• Ability to prioritise, plan and co-ordinate activities with other areas of the company
• Ability/experience of delivering feedback in a positive and constructive manner, both verbally and in writing
• Full UK driving license as you may be required to travel to other Centres., Disability Confident
