You are a competent, experienced, and dynamic professional with substantial experience in managing Fire compliance and contracts. You possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously under pressure. You have a proven track record in successfully managing large‑scale contracts, liaising with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

This role entails organising and managing a comprehensive Fire compliance programme in line with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 across Worcestershire County Council’s corporate and maintained school premises. You will act as the principal point of contact for all Fire compliance matters, managing risk assessments, compliance activities, and performance against KPIs. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure fire safety is effectively managed and will provide specialised training and advice to staff. Your responsibilities include contract management, financial planning, and ensuring the effective delivery of services by contractors.
