We Are Social Work First!! - a newly formed agency with one goal in mind, to put social workers first.! The directors of SWF have extensive experience of recruiting within social care and are looking to break the mould of agencies within the sector. We are looking for a adaptable compliance professional with a high level of organisation to work closely with our directors to assess/implement compliance processes to assist with their growth. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and a company and who preferably has come from a recruitment compliance background in a Social Work/Healthcare setting. Your role will include but not limited to:

  • Communicate and coordinate with Clients, authorities and other external agencies as necessary to ensure assurance requirements are understood and delivered.
  • Plan and perform internal and external audits
  • Work autonomously to implement compliance processes and procedures
  • Upload candidates compliance to manager vendor portals for pre-employment checks
  • Build effective relationships with account managers and audit teams at managed vendors
  • Manage and process enhanced DBS’s
  • Work closely with the directors to help grow the compliance department as the business grows
  • Hold virtual meetings with candidates to verify right to work documentation
