The directors of SWF have extensive experience of recruiting within social care and are looking to break the mould of agencies within the sector. We are looking for a adaptable compliance professional with a high level of organisation to work closely with our directors to assess/implement compliance processes to assist with their growth. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and a company and who preferably has come from a recruitment compliance background in a Social Work/Healthcare setting.
