Compliance Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Compliance Delivery Manager to oversee statutory and technical compliance across multiple disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, ventilation, fire safety, lifts, and water systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all compliance requirements are met and documented accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain compliance tracking systems and evidence repositories.
  • Act as Authorised Person / Responsible Person in areas of competence where required.
  • Review reports from subcontractors and internal teams, managing follow-up actions to maintain compliance.
  • Ensure accurate scheduling and completion of statutory Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities.
  • Maintain compliance records in CAFM systems and support lifecycle planning.
  • Prepare and update compliance reports and trackers, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to resolve remedial actions promptly.
  • Support audits (internal and external) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in on-call management rota as required.
  • Identify compliance risks and trends, providing solutions and supporting business cases.
