A leading defense technology firm seeks a Compliance Coordinator (Estates) at its Boscombe Down site to ensure safety and compliance across estates activities. As a Compliance Coordinator (Estates), you’ll play a key role in ensuring estates activities remain safe, compliant and well‑controlled. This stand‑alone, office‑based coordination role is highly autonomous, acting as the central point of contact for estates compliance across site(s). You’ll oversee, coordinate and report on compliance activity, working closely with delivery teams, contractors and stakeholders to identify risks early and ensure controls, inspections and actions are tracked through to completion.

This role is 37 hours per week based at Boscombe Down (BCEE). It is an on‑site, office‑based role, working five days per week with flexible start and finish times (earliest start 7.30 am, latest finish 5.00 pm).

MOD Boscombe Down is a unique operational site featuring the longest military runway in the UK. Primarily focusing on providing testing, evaluation and support services for aviation and aerospace systems, it plays a vital role in the UK’s aviation defence, contributing to the development, testing and airworthiness of military aircraft and enhancing operational readiness and effectiveness.
