THIS ROLE

We’re seeking a proactive and team-oriented Compliance Consultant to join our growing practice. This role involves managing and developing client relationships, delivering compliance projects, and contributing to internal team development. The successful candidate will provide regulatory support through monitoring programme assessments, policy reviews, and drafting essential documentation.

You'll be responsible for a portfolio of firms, ensuring top-tier compliance guidance and addressing client feedback with professionalism and expertise. If you're looking to advance your career within a dynamic, client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide insightful regulatory advice and deliver consulting projects on financial crime topics such as AML, market abuse, and anti-bribery and corruption.
  • Keep clients informed of regulatory changes and support the alignment of internal documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Design and review client monitoring programmes and thematic risk assessments based on a risk-based approach.
  • Conduct onsite compliance reviews and produce high-quality working papers and detailed reports.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships while contributing to thought leadership and staying ahead of emerging regulatory trends.
