Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Analyst to join a rapidly expanding European hedge fund.

The firm has been established for several years and is currently experiencing significant growth, expanding its strategies and increasing assets under management (AUM).

The Compliance Analyst will handle all compliance aspects for the firm in a generalist role. Working as part of a team of four and reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), responsibilities include monitoring, surveillance, and providing compliance advice. The team is collaborative, and the analyst will have the chance to participate in various projects across different functions.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of compliance experience, preferably within a buy-side firm. Candidates from sell-side backgrounds with strong credentials will also be considered.

The fund offers a competitive compensation package, with base salary and bonus significantly above market standards. As part of their global expansion, there may be opportunities for relocation to other offices for high performers.
