Responsibilities include analyzing and reporting on data insights and KPIs, collaborating with operational teams, and managing data quality. The role requires advanced Excel and Power BI skills, alongside the ability to work hybrid from High Wycombe. Benefits include a competitive salary, generous holiday, pension scheme, and focus on diversity and inclusion.
Working with data from our Assets (residential properties) to extrapolate, scrutinise and report on data insights to drive the need for accuracy, improvements and value for money. You will work with the BI team to map tables and scope additional SQL requirements from the business. Advise and guide stakeholders on analysis and interpreted outputs of data and help to define and build KPIs. You will act as data quality champion for all compliance related data identifying data errors and facilitating cleansing where required. You will be central in supporting this business change and ensuring that compliance reporting remains robust and accurate. You will identify, extract, transform and analyse data from multiple sources before presenting it in a consumable format to the business. Ensuring data accuracy and alignment between Asset and Compliance by collaborating closely with operational teams. Working with our Compliance team to produce tracking tools that provide compliance assurance to stakeholders.
Join our Asset Data team and play a pivotal role in shaping strategic decisions and driving continuous service improvement. In this role, you'll provide actionable insights that support legal and regulatory compliance, while leading the delivery of organisation-wide compliance reporting.
You’ll work closely with both the Asset Data and Compliance functions, ensuring robust data analysis and meaningful collaboration. This hybrid position requires a minimum of two days per week at our High Wycombe office, as building strong relationships with colleagues is just as important as compiling and interpreting data. Are you looking to join a growing, values-led organisation with a clear social purpose? At SettleParadigm, we’re proud to be the largest housing group in the region, managing over 27,000 homes across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire. Everything we do is about delivering excellent services, high quality homes, neighbourhoods we can be proud of and maximising number of new affordable homes we build.
We are committed to creating an inclusive workforce, by reflecting and representing the diversity of the communities we serve. We would like to encourage applications from disadvantaged socio‑economic backgrounds; people who identify as disabled, neurodiverse, members of the LGBTQ+ community and people from underrepresented groups.
Accessibility and Adjustments: We are committed to providing reasonable adjustments throughout our recruitment process and we’ll always endeavour to be as accommodating as possible. Please let us know in advance of any suitable arrangements required.
