Overview

Compliance Administrator (Back Shift) — Temporary to Permanent (after 12 successful weeks).

Monday-Friday • Northampton - NN5 • £13.20 per hour • Start Date: Monday 6 October

Are you a detail-driven administrator with a background in logistics or warehousing? Our logistics client based in NN5 is looking for an experienced Compliance Administrator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis with the potential to become permanent.

Key Duties

• Ensuring warehouse and driving teams are fully debriefed
• Escalating any issues with loads in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining clear, accurate compliance records using Excel
• Working across departments to support smooth and productive depot operations
• Supporting wider operational compliance activities as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service transport or warehouse role
• Strong administration skills and confidence with PC skills
