Your new firm

Our client is a global insurance law firm currently recruiting a Complex Property Lawyer on a largely home-working basis. The team represents insurer clients in high-value, high-profile, and challenging cases.

The work includes:

  1. Subrogated recovery claims (typically over 250K)
  2. Defendant public liability property damage claims
  3. Policy coverage advice and disputes

The team handles disputes arising from fires, floods, storms, water and oil escapes, explosions, impact damage, and other property damages. Applications are considered nationwide, with occasional travel to Manchester for meetings.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive with at least six months' relevant property insurance experience. You should be technically proficient, capable of analyzing complex legal cases, and comfortable interacting with clients daily.
