A healthcare provider in Reading seeks a Female Complex Care Assistant to support clients with complex needs. The role includes personal care, daily tasks, and requires specific experience in care areas such as tracheostomy and medication administration. You will support our client with all aspects of daily care, including personal care, daily tasks, and activities. Experience in tracheostomy care, ventilation support, cough assist, gastrostomy care, medication administration, oral suctioning, and seizure management is required.
