Overview

Adult Complex Care Lead Nurse – Location: Crewe – Salary: Up to £50,000 – Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse with a passion for complex community care?

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Oversight: Deliver nursing care for clients living in their own homes with complex needs.
  • Assessment & Planning: Create and review person-centred care plans tailored to each client.
  • Training: Provide competency-based training to carers on clinical procedures such as:
    • Tracheostomy care
    • Invasive and non-invasive ventilation
    • PEG feeding and medication administration
    • Spinal injury and neurological condition management
  • Collaboration: Liaise with GPs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic care approach.
  • Support & Advocacy: Be a point of contact for clients, families, and carers—offering clinical guidance and emotional support.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Nurse: Adult Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
  • Experienced Professional: Proven background in critical care or complex community nursing.
  • Trainer & Mentor: Ability to deliver hands-on, clinical training to care staff.
  • Excellent Communicator: Empathetic, calm, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Driver: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
