We have an exciting opportunity for a Company Commercial Solicitor / Lawyer to join a modern & progressive law firm in Plymouth. This is a varied role where the successful candidate will be involved in conducting a caseload of company commercial files for clients including sole traders, partners, directors and shareholders. You will be working alongside colleagues in both their Plymouth & Bath offices, as well as having the option to work from home, and will be assisting on sales, mergers and acquisitions of businesses and corporate reconstructions. The ideal candidate will have 5 years' PQE with a strong commercial awareness and be confident in both written and verbal communication to clients. This firm has won, or been shortlisted for, national and regional awards for their client service so are looking for someone to join them who is committed to providing excellent client service.
