Salary: £13.05 per hour

Shift requirements: Various shifts required: day shifts range from 7am-3pm/8am-4pm/2pm-10pm. Night shifts (female support only) 10pm-8/9am.

Job description

• Day shifts – to provide care and support to adults with a learning disability and/or Autism living in their own home, support with personal care to include washing/dressing/meals/medication.
• To provide support to access health care appointments, education, work or voluntary placements.
• To provide support to maintain and attend community activities.
• To provide support to maintain and build new social circles.

Night support

To undertake regular checks/support through the night in line with the person's care plan. Night support is provided for females who may require support with personal care through the night; the females like to be supported with personal care by female staff only.
