A community support organization in Radstock seeks an experienced female Community Support Worker to assist clients with learning disabilities. This role involves promoting independence and well-being through tailored support, encouraging clients to engage in community activities and accessing appointments. The ideal candidate must have experience in the field and a caring approach. A full driving license is required. Competitive pay and flexible hours are offered.

We are looking for an experienced female Community Support Worker to provide outreach support in BS39 to our client who has learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. The role focuses on promoting independence, well being, and inclusion through person centred support at home and in the community.
