Role

We are looking to recruit a Community Supervisor to join our team, where your key responsibility will be ensuring that great quality care is being delivered in the community by our care workers.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer quality and care in your area; ensure that the initial assessments, care plans, reviews and other quality assurance tools are implemented, monitored, and kept up to date.
• Support carers to work through their induction programme, together with completing regular competency checks and spot checks.
