Overview

To work in conjunction with other members of the District Nursing Team and other Stakeholders, to provide efficient and effective nursing care to patients in their own homes.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the nursing team in the absence of the District Nurse, including the supervision of Junior Staff.
  • Supervise Community Staff Nurses (x 3, full‑time hours 37.5) at Woodside & Shirley Health Centre / Norbury / Waddon.
  • Provide efficient and effective nursing care to patients in their own homes.
Key Qualifications
  • Clean UK driving licence.
  • Use of a car for work purposes.
  • Registered Adult Nurse with enthusiasm and motivation to work within Integrated Care Teams.
