A healthcare organization in Llandrindod Wells is looking for a Community Staff Nurse to provide prescribed nursing care and conduct holistic assessments of patient needs. The role requires NMC registration and offers support through a tailored development plan. Key skills include chronic disease management and a range of clinical abilities. This opportunity is open to both new registrants and experienced staff, with permanent, full-time and part-time positions available.
The Community Staff Nurse is responsible for the delivery of prescribed nursing care to patients on a day-to-day basis. This would include the holistic assessment of patient care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based care.
The post holder will be autonomous in their clinical practice whileacknowledging their limitations and actively seek advice as necessary.
We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, individuals to join the Llandrindod Wells District Nursing Team. We welcome new registrants and experienced staff who share our values, who want to consolidate new skills and learning within a fully supportive and individualized preceptorship program. We need somebody who is caring, sympathetic and able to learn new skills with excellent communications skills and an attitude that ensures the highest standard of care for our patients. We have permanent roles to offer on a full and part time basis.
Any successful applicants will be supported by the clinical lead. Your personal development plan will be tailored to your individual need based on your experience and transferable skills.
