A prominent healthcare provider in Helensburgh is seeking an enthusiastic Community Staff Nurse to join their Extended Community Care Team. This full-time role (36 hours per week) involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, community-focused care, including patient reablement and support to families. Ideal candidates will be First Level Registered Nurses with strong communication skills and a commitment to professional development.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Community Staff Nurse to join our friendly and dynamic Extended Community Care Team in the Helensburgh and Lomond area. This is a full-time permanent post (36 hours per week) based in the Helensburgh/Lochside area, with a commitment to weekend working and late shift cover until 10pm.
As part of the Community Nursing Team, you will work closely with colleagues and other health and social care professionals to deliver planned programmes of care to individuals, families, carers, and communities. You will contribute to the delivery of high-quality community healthcare, supporting the reablement agenda, preventing hospital admission, and facilitating timely discharge.
