A community health services organization in Beverley is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join their integrated nursing team. The successful candidate will deliver holistic care and work closely with health and social care providers. Experience in community nursing is advantageous but not required as full training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to work independently within a supportive environment. Commuting within the area is essential, and educational opportunities will be available.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic and innovative Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to work within the Beverley, West Wolds and Hornsea Community Nursing Team for the Integrated Nursing and Conditions services within CHCP CIC. The successful applicant will be joining an integrated community nursing team delivering holistic high quality nursing care to a dedicated client group.
You will be joining a dynamic and proactive nursing team working in partnership with associated health and social care providers. This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy developing new ways of working and working under their own initiative. Experience of community nursing is advantageous but not essential as full training, support and development will be provided.
The ability to commute within the geographical area with access to an appropriate means of transport is essential.
