Overview

We are seeking an energetic and passionate person to join our team as a Community Shop Manager.

Severn Hospice has a network of shops across Shropshire and Mid-Wales. These shops generate a substantial level of income to support Severn Hospice to care for patients and their families from the community they operate with.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Ludlow shop on a full-time basis to drive the business within the local community and maximise every sales opportunity.
• Motivate and develop a team of volunteers to uphold a high standard of customer service.
• Create an exciting shop floor experience that makes Severn Hospice stand out from its competitors.
• Drive volunteer recruitment to increase volunteer numbers.
• Work on a full-time schedule to include weekend working.
