Are you a qualified Physiotherapist wanting to further your organisational and management skills, working with patients in their own homes?
We are seeking an enthusiastic Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our D2A and Rapid Response Team at Finchley Memorial Hospital in London.
The position offers experience of a mixed caseload of patients with various pathologies; including NWB, D2A, Rapid Response, neurological, falls / balance impairments and orthopaedics. The aim is to prevent hospital admission and speed up safe discharges from the hospitals. We also maximise the patients' potential and support patients in a range of activities to promote independent living in their home environment.
The team is a well‑established and covers a large area and population size, the position requires the assessment and treatment of physiotherapy intervention for patients in their own homes. Liaising with patients, family, carers and other MDT staff.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist working in the acute, bed‑based rehab, or social services, who have complete core rotations in acute setting as a band 5, who would like to experience community working.
A full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car to use for business purposes.
